“A pharmacy is a building people walk into with something they'd prefer not to talk about. The whole job is making the room calm enough that they can. Most retail does the opposite — it shouts. The interior, the lighting, the staff training, the website tone: all of it has to land at the same volume, which is very, very quiet. We rebuilt Auden around that single observation. Year two is just consistency.”
